FIRST VISIT

You will get a 15 minute one-on-one consultation with a world-class cannabis coach who will explain how the program in Georgia works, and how cannabis could affect your specific ailment(s) and a review your questionnaires and paperwork required by the state; making sure all your questions are answered.
Once your appointment with your physician is scheduled, you can expect an email reminder of the appointment.

During your virtual visit with your Medical Cannabis physician, you can expect our physician to complete two documents as part of the process. First, there is a waiver form that both the applicant and the physician must sign. Second, there is a physician certification form. The physician will keep the original waiver and certification form in the patient’s medical records. As the patient, you may request a copy for your records. The physician will electronically submit specific information from these forms to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
